David Flores

My first memory of Dave? That infectious smile, his laugh, and his ability to make everyone feel good. I find it hard to talk about Dave in the past because, maybe it is just too soon. Meeting Dave through the racing community just put more icing on the cake. Truthfully, as much as I like driving tracks, I am equally happy to just hang with the community that enjoys my passion as well. And Dave was (is) one of the most genuine, sincere, helpful, and caring persons that I have ever met at the track, or for that matter, in life! I can go on and on about fun times, learning times, supportive times, but there aren't enough characters allowed in this space, and I have to allow others to weigh in. To Dave, I will miss you my brother. You were all the friend anyone could ever ask for and more. To Dave's family, I am here for you, to support any of your needs and will help you in any way that I can moving forward. To my close friends who were fortunate to call Dave their best friend, let's keep bonding and cherish the time that we have together, that's what Dave was all about and what better way to honor his legacy. And to the racing community - find the time in your day, your heart to say a little prayer for Dave. And remember, he will always be looking upon us, smiling and laughing, and that's a memory that I will have for my lifetime. God speed my friend!
