David Fowler Obituary

David Allen Fowler passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026, surrounded by his family.
David was born on October 30,1947 in White Cloud, Michigan to Trella and Kenneth Fowler.
David was a 1965 graduate of Plainwell High School. He bravely served our country during the Vietnam War, earning him a Bronze Star. David went on to marry his high school sweetheart, Bonnie, and together they raised two daughters. He spent 35 years working for MDOT as an inspector. David loved spending time with his family, traveling, and things like scouring flea markets.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister-in-law; and great-niece. David leaves behind his wife, Bonnie; two daughters; five grandchildren; sisters; brothers; in-laws; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A small family gathering will be held with burial at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
In his own words written in a sweet note to his family, "Just know that I love you all and it has been a life well lived."
He will be greatly missed. We love you too, Dad.
