Marcia, Stephen, Glenn, Lynn, Mark & Scott, I'm forever grateful for David's embrace, warmth and guidance in my life as an "adopted daughter." You all have been the family to me that I never had, and I'll never forget his advice and the fond memories I have of his wit, humor and care. All my love, Barbara

DAVID AND I WERE FIRST COUSINS.
I MET HIM ONLY ONCE...60-65 YEARS AGO, WHEN HE CAME TO LIVE ONE SUMMER WITH OUR MUTUAL COUSIN CHARLES HERE IN LOS ANGELES.
LIKE SO MANY MEMBERS OF THE GALFOND CLAN, SPREAD ALL OVER, I NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH HIM EXCEPT FOR THAT BRIEF PERIOD.
BUT, FROM WHAT I HAVE HEARD ABOUT HIM, AND FROM THE TRIBUTES HE HAS RECEIVED, I'M SURE HE WAS A LOVED AND WELL RESPECTED INDIVIDUAL.

Marcia and Family,
I've been honored and delighted to be an "honorary" member of the family for so many years. Though I don't live close enough to visit often, I've kept up with the family through emails and phone calls with Mom. I was so saddened to hear of (Dad) David's ill health and eventual passing. I loved every moment I spent in his presence. He was loving, kind, funny and really made me feel special. I will sincerely miss him.
