David Grabosky Obituary
He enjoyed a long career at Carrier Transicold and proudly served his country after being drafted into the U.S. Army in 1952, later continuing in the Army reserves. A devoted fan of Syracuse University sports, David's greatest passion was traveling the world, especially through railway excursions.
He is survived by his children, David of Nevada, Denise Lytle (Dede) of East Syracuse and Pamela Grabosky-Smith (Rick) of Penn Yan; his grandchildren, Brendan Lytle (Kate) of Florida, Courtney Lytle, David Michael Grabosky and Matthew Grabosky of Nevada and Sophia, Eva and Brisco Smith; and his great granddaughters, Giana, Jaida, Charlotte, Cora, Kaiya and Ariya. He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Regan Elizabeth Lytle in 1989.
David will be remembered as a resilient man who came from humble beginnings, endured loss and lived an extraordinary life.
Per his wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements are with Delaney Greabell Adydan Funeral Home, East Syracuse.
