I worked and still have a friendship with Dave's wife Leslie. Dave always would take the time to chat with me whenever he called Leslie at work.
He loved his daughter, her husband and his 2 granddaughters very much.
Dave had a rough time physically for a long time. Leslie worked and took wonderful care of Dave. There isn't anything she would not do for Dave.
May he rest in peace.

Family and Friends of David L. Gura,
May God comfort and support you in the time of your loss. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. We sat at many Baldwin High School Reunions with Dave and Leslie. Being together was a blessing and joy!
Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14: 1 -3
God Bless and Keep You,
Lou, Susan and Bethany Slautterback

Dave & I were close friends through high school and he was in my wedding. We lost connection after that as our lives took different paths. Keeping Dave and family in my prayers.
