David Halley Obituary
David A. Halley, 77, passed away April 3, 2025. He was preceded in death by parents, Helen and Bob Halley; sisters, Cheryl and Becky. Dave is survived by wife of 56 years, Genevieve Halley; children, David Halley, Dawn (Kathy McGowen) Halley, Danielle (Russell) Hammond, and Shannon (Lucas) Murray; grandchildren, Amber (David) King, Jessica (Marc) Duran, Alicia (Willian) Castellon, Michelle McGowan, Sean and Jacob Hammond, Natalie (Elfego) Gomez Halley, and Mason Halley; and several great-grandchildren.
Dave proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps during Vietnam where he earned a Purple Heart among other honors.
Dave adored his family and was lovingly known as "Poppy" to his grandchildren.
Visitation Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 5-8pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Friday, April 11, 2025 at 10am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
