While I never had the honor of meeting David Harrison, my parents Ed and Barbara Shannon often spoke very highly of him having met him when my dad worked for Riegel in the late 50's, early 60's. He introduced Dad to Mims Harrison who hired him to run Echota Cotton Mills in the mid 60's. Because of David's introduction, he not only helped give my dad a great career, but our family enjoyed a great life in Calhoun. Thank you David and my family sends yours our deepest condolences.
