David, Forty years of knowing you were not near enough. You were the best friend anyone could ever have. The love and loyalty you showed your friends was astounding. We all knew if you loved us, you loved us for life, for that was your way. I am so glad you found happiness with Sherry and the family life you created together and I know you have changed their lives forever. My life was made better for having you in it. Thank you for the beautiful son you gave me,he is so much like you and now is the same age we were when we met. I know you will be watching over all of us. I will miss you forever. Love, Monica

Dear grandpa David, We would like to say we love you and we will miss your smiley face to greet us when we got home from school and your famous cold ARIZONA sweet tea. And all you cool hiking trips on the mountains and enjoying the rivers. We will always love you and its not a bye it's a see you later.

David, having you and loving you in our lives was a gift from god that we will cherish forever. And wanted to say thank you for being a wonderful person, and most of all for being the best stepfather anyone could ask for. Although our hearts ache for missing you it's quickly brought to ease, knowing that one day we will be side by side forever. We love you David always.

David, I will always remember your smile and kindness. I grew up thinking of you as an uncle and will always cherish the fun times we shared together with Uncle Jim and Daddy. I'll never forget the tall cowboy who has been a special part of my life. My prayers are with your loved ones.

My Dearest David,
My love, my friend, my life, my companion, life will never be complete until I join you in that peaceful place that you went to. I have only the comfort of knowing you are home with god and will never hurt or want for anything again. Memories of our lives together will sustain me until we can be together again. I know mom was there to greet you. Her last words to us wered that she loved you and me. You will always be with me.
Love Always,
Sherry (your wife)
