DAVID HEBERLEIN Obituary
David was an entrepreneur; he owned and operated the Heberleins General Grocery Store for over 40 years with locations in Valley City and Litchfield. A volunteer firefighter for Valley City Fire Department for many years, David was a staple of the Litchfield community and was known to many citizens in town.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, David P. Heberlein Jr, and a brother, George Heberlein.
Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Kathleen Heberlein; four children, Tammy (Jay) Lippert of Wellington, OH, Dean Heberlein of Marblehead, OH, DJ Heberlein of Seville, OH, and Kyle K. Ackerman of Brunswick, OH; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Claudia Heberlein of Westlake, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews also surviving.
There will be no calling hours or services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
