David Hiott Obituary

David was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was preceded in death by his parents, Allen Capers Hiott and Mary Louise Watkins Hiott, as well as a brother, James Marvin Hiott. He was a truck driver and enjoyed nature, animals, history and music. He will be remembered for the love he had for his daughter and granddaughters.
Survivors include his daughter, Hidie Nowell (Trey); former wife, Janet Hiott; granddaughters, Kayla Berry, Ava Nuttall, Abbegail Nowell and Isabel Nowell; brother, Edward Hiott (Matty); sister, Libby Smith (Steve); several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be on Monday, January 20, 2025 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home. The funeral to honor David's life will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
