Survived his wife Murl Collinsworth Howard, two sons, David Neil Howard, BJ (Santana) Howard both Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Carl Jay (Rhonda) Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Patricia (Randy) Vitatoe of Somerset, Kentucky, three grandchildren, Laken (Jay) McDaniel, Patrick Howard, and Benson Howard.
In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by two sisters, Audie Howard Howell, Flora Kay Howard Preston, and one brother, J.B. Collins.
Funeral services will be conduct at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 26, 2025 from the Lakefront Church of God with Larry Patrick officiating. Burial with follow in the Howard Family Cemetery at Far Middle Fork, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Wednesday, June 25, 2025 after 5:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested that contributions can be made to the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
