David Hughes Obituary
David Wayne Hughes, 43, of Oak Hill passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023 at the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
Born May 28, 1980 in Beckley, WV he was the son of Lonnie and Della Meadows Hughes.
David was a proud retired United States Air Force Veteran where he was a Tech Sargent, he loved woodworking, and most of all loved spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by Maternal grandparents, Basil and Roxie Meadows; paternal grandparents, Arlie and Rena Hughes; and a nieces, Emily Hughes.
Those left to cherish his wonderful memory include his loving wife Adrienne Ratliff Hughes; 3 children, Savannah Burdette-Hughes. Bryson Burdette-Hughes, and Madisen Burdette-Hughes; grandchild, Karsen Lee Burdette-Hughes; sister, Stephanie Cohenour; brother, Lonnie Hughes, Jr. (Meredith); niece, Elizabeth Hughes; and nephews, Christopher Cohenour and James David "JD" Hughes.
Visitation for friends will be from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill. Following the visitation and keeping with David's wishes he will be cremated.
