David Johns Obituary
David is survived by his beloved son, Jacob Johns, and daughter-in-law, Morgan Johns, of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by his loving mother, Cathy Johns, and his brothers, Adam Johns (Alyssa) and John Brad Johns (Christal), as well as his cherished niece and nephews, Khali, Blake, and Weston, who will all remember him fondly.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Johns Sr., with whom he now reunites in peace.
David will be remembered for his sense of humor, loyalty, and the warmth he brought to everyone who knew him. He had a big heart, a quick smile, and an unshakable spirit that will live on in those who loved him.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that friends honor David's memory by wearing purple and gold on game day or sharing a kind word with someone in need - just as he so often did.

David had such a beautiful heart and he brightened my world. He was truly my very best friend. This week has been beyond challenging and I miss him horribly. But once more we will see each other in paradise and that is the hope I need right now to simply push thru. To the family of Bubba Dave, my son Michael Justin McNeely has no access to Facebook. He was so upset to hear the news of his passing. He saw him 2 weeks before he passed. He was a friend to Michael. Prayers to the family. He will not be able to make the funeral due to having to work. May God Bless
