Mae & Danny Simpson

July 12, 2024

So sorry for your loss. I first remember Frog from Loyall School he rode the school bus I rode. He was older a several grades higher than myself. He was rotten, loud , talkative but friendly and loved to flirt with the girls. He´d always speak and I remember him speaking or saying "By-See ya later" to everyone. I remember him speaking and saying " Good Morning sweetheart to me or by sweetheart" to me because I was just about 10 years old. Then many years later I met him again at a ballgame where I found out he and my husband Danny was good friends. I remembered him but he didn´t me. Every time he would see me he would smile big and speak and say" hey there Ms. Simpson how ya doing? What´s Danny been up to or How´s he doing? "I would always of course talk to him about Jesus. He always replied that he knew God watched over him and his family. Little did he know that the meaning of his nickname F.R.O.G. By letters meant F forever R relay O on G God He was always polite and friendly. And anytime we was together and we seen him he would have to say things about him in a joking way and talk awhile and cut up somewhat! I´m sure his close friends and family will miss him terribly. He loved his children and grandchildren. I pray God gives you each one peace and comfort in the days ahead. R.I.P. FROG.
