David was an outdoorsman who loved to garden, plant flowers with his wife, Rita, often buying just as many flowers as she did. He was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, he enjoyed decorating for all holidays, socializing with everyone as he never met a stranger, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and his great-granddaughter.
