Mr. David Ernesto Kaplan

This picture has been on the wall in my office for years. I remember taking it like it was yesterday. We had taken Josh Hanley, David and my daughter Thea to see stars on ice with their coach Richard Ewell. Richard grew up with Scott Hamilton, so he got us all backstage after the show. When Scott saw Richard from across the room, he leaped on top of a table and then bounced across the room jumping from table to table to see Richard. Richard then introduced all of the kids to Scott who was so kind to them, signing autographs, and then taking this picture. They were all so young and in love with skating. This is how I will remember David. Forever young, smiling and happy. My heartfelt condolences to your family.

David was my son Daniel’s best friend and best man at his wedding. I remember all the times he would come over and hang with my son. He will surly be missed

I met David just a short time ago when he began his career with American Airlines. He was an outstanding worker, going above and beyond to help out..We spoke about his pursuit of his aircraft mechanics license and his busy days...Gonna miss him...God bless his soul and his family...
