David was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Ann Robinson Kimbrough, and brother, Steven F. Kimbrough.
Surviving him are his wife of 26 years, Sheila Hartley Kimbrough; father, S.T. Kimbrough, Jr.; brothers, Timothy Kimbrough (Darlene), Mark Kimbrough (Kristi), as well as many nieces and nephews.
Per David's request, there will not be a formal service. Memorial contributions honoring David can be made to a local foodbank.
A sincere thank you to Dr. Allen Yeilding and the staff at Hematology Oncology Associates of Alabama (HOAA) for David's professional and personal care.
