David Everett Kirkpatrick, of Cleveland, TN passed away Friday, September 13, 2024, at Bradley Medical Center following an extended illness. He was 75 years old.
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Chestuee Cemetery with Rev. Matt Harrell officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm at Poole Serenity Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cleveland.
Mr. Kirkpatrick was born March 22, 1949, in Cleveland, Tennessee to the late Campbell Gillespie Jack and Jackie Wooten Kirkpatrick. Mr. Kirkpatrick was employed with Southeast Tennessee Community Correctional Services as a Correction Officer. Mr. Kirkpatrick served his country by joining the United States Marine Corp. He loved fishing and enjoyed being outside and being at home.
Mr. Kirkpatrick was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Holly Kirkpatrick in 1993.
Survivors include his son Beau Kirkpatrick (Melanie), Delano, TN; a sister, Audrey Evans, South Carolina; two grandkids, Tucker, and Maddie Kirkpatrick.
