Very sorry to learn of Dave´s passing. I enjoyed knowing and working with him over many years and I will miss him. His accomplishments speak for themselves and it´s hard to believe he was involved in so many projects, mostly for the benefit of others. Please accept my sincere condolences and know that my thoughts are with all of you.
