David Wayne Lay

David Wayne Lay, age 53 of Lake City, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2010 at his home. David was born on December 4, 1956 in Campbell County, Tennessee to the late William and Thelma Raines Lay. David loved spending time with his family and friends. He cherished the time he spent with his daughter, Kayla. David also had a love for the outdoors. There wasn't anything he would rather do than go deer hunting or fishing. The morning David passed, his plans were to be hunting. Mike Foust officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home Friday, October 22, 2010 at 10:30AM and go in funeral procession to the Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City for a 11:00AM graveside service. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Holley Gamble Funeral Home in memory of David Wayne Lay. Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City is in charge of all arrangements.
