What I will miss is his quick wit, immense charm, and all his wonderful stories. I also loved his voice, I used to tell him he should be on the radio, and he would just laugh. Even though we were miles and miles away from each other, every year since I can remember I have always gotten a birthday card from him, don't know how he still remembered. Every Christmas we always had plenty of gifts under the tree from him. Some years during my childhood his gifts made up the majority of what was under our tree. He was always so generous and thoughtful. I love you Uncle David, and I will miss you. If I listen hard enough, I can hear him say, "I love you too dear."
