ELOY — David Lopez, 22, of Eloy died on July 13, 2010. Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday at the Ortega home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church by the Rev. Juan Carlos Aguirre. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park. Mr. Lopez was born on April 28, 1988, in Florence. He enjoyed playing basketball, camping, fishing and watching sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys. Most important was spending time with his family and friends, especially his children, and having cook-outs. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Dorothy and Matt Lopez of Eloy; his father and stepmother, Jose and Matias Lopez of Eloy; stepfather, David Macias of Eloy; his companion, Denise Moreno; a son, David Lopez Jr. of Eloy; two daughters, Lanaey and Viviyanna Lopez of Eloy; four brothers, Joe Montijo, Jose, Gustavo and Raymond Lopez, all of Eloy; a sister, Yvonne Lopez of Eloy; grandparents, Maria Ortega and Jova Garcia of Eloy, Ramon and Yolanda Olvera of Casa Grande; and great-grandmother, Eulalia Ortega of Eloy.
