David Magnuson Obituary
David was born on November 24, 1960, to Janet Lynch-Magnuson and Charles Magnuson.
David enjoyed his home in Mora and its beautiful, quiet, peaceful surroundings. He loved gardening and feeding many species of birds. He also loved fishing, reading, puzzle making, and wood working and was a skilled carpenter.
"May the road rise to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your face, and the rains fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand."
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his father, and his sister, Nancy Rae Magnuson, who died in 2006.
David is survived by his children, Brittney (James) Marx, Robert Magnuson and Melissa Magnuson and his grandchildren, Katelyn and Kody Marx, Sydney Magnuson, and Josiah Reed. David is also survived by his mother, Janet Lynch-Magnuson, his sisters, Linda Kozak and Karen (Brian) Gallmeier, his brother, Greg (Alice) Magnuson, his best friend in the world, Therese Panek, and many special nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 9, 2024 at the Risen Savior Church in Burnsville.
A Graveside Service and Inurnment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights.
A Celebration of David's Life is being planned for a future date.
