David Meschino, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, passed away on December 14, 2023, in Indianapolis. Born on July 20, 1959, in Massachusetts, David lived a fulfilling life that touched the hearts of many.

David spent his adolescent years in the Philadelphia area. He attended Central Bucks West High School in Doylestown, PA where he enjoyed wrestling and track as a teenager. Education played an important role in David's life. He obtained a Bachelor's degree with dual specializations in Marketing and Economics from Temple University. This solid foundation and his thirst for knowledge allowed him to excel in his career and make significant contributions.

David's career was marked by his passion for sales. He embarked on a long journey throughout the South and Midwest region with his family. His dedication and commitment were evident in his work as he built lasting relationships with his friends, colleagues and clients.

Not only was David known for his professional accomplishments, but he was also cherished for his delightful personality. He had a great sense of humor and always had a funny dad joke up his sleeve. David had an insatiable thirst for knowledge and particularly enjoyed reading about political history and learning new things. He would often engage others in captivating discussions about current events. David was opinionated and unafraid to express his thoughts openly.

David proudly served in the US Navy for six years. He initially joined as a Naval Aviation Officer before transitioning to the Surface Navy where he served aboard the USS Flatley. During his time in the military, David showed immense dedication and courage in protecting our country's values and received numerous accolades for his service. These honors included the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Naval Reserve Service Ribbon, U.S. Coast Guard Special Operations Medal, and the Navy Achievement Medal.

Outside of work, David had a variety of hobbies and interests that brought him joy. He found solace and fulfillment in tinkering in his workshop, where he built model airplanes, boats, birdhouses, small furniture, and refurbished old engines. These creations stood as testaments to his creativity and craftsmanship.

David's love for his family always shone brightly. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Nina, and a caring father to his children, Krista, Frances, and David Jr. The arrival of his grandson, Ryker Mount, further enriched his life with boundless joy and love. He took pride in witnessing his family flourish and cherished every moment spent together.

David is survived by his loving wife Nina, their children Krista (and son-in-law Nathan Mount), Frances, and David Jr., as well as Ryker Mount (his cherished grandson). He is also mourned by his father Joseph, mother Gloria, and brothers Joseph Jr and Paul, and their wives Lois and Trisha, brothers-in-law Robert and David Fighera, and uncles Gerarde and Richard Meschino. Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins will also remember him fondly.

The memories forged with David will be cherished now and for generations to come.
