David A. Mezoff

David A. Mezoff, 67, of Brockton, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
Born in Gloucester on March 9, 1958, he was the son of Elaine Benson and the late Robert Calvin Mezoff.
David dedicated part of his career to serving others as a driver for the American Red Cross for over 40 years. He deeply enjoyed spending time with his family and proudly passed on his love of animals to his children. In his youth, David was an avid skier, and throughout his life he enjoyed watching the Bruins, collecting coins and glass, playing the flute and spending time in nature in which he was an Eagle Scout early on in life.
Known for his incredible sense of humor, David brought laughter wherever he went. He found joy in giving back to the communities in which he lived and worked and never lost his love for the outdoors-or his never-ending search for the elusive "Penny Tree."
In addition to his mother, Elaine, David is survived by his children, Madysen Mezoff, Andrew Mezoff, Marissa Mezoff, and Tiffany Linstad; his ten grandchildren; and his brothers, Daniel Mezoff and Robert Mezoff.
Funeral services will be private and held for immediate family only. In accordance with David's wishes, a Celebration of Life will be hosted by his children in early 2026. All are welcome to celebrate the life of David Mezoff.
