David Miller Obituary

David began his career working on his family's farm in Canandaigua. Throughout his life, he held various jobs including truck driving and working in the oilfields, always demonstrating an incredible work ethic and dedication. Known for his remarkable skill and ingenuity, David could fix just about anything and went on to own and operate Miller's Fix All in Campbell.
Active in his community, David served on the Addison Town Board and held the position of Town Supervisor. He and Diane devoted much of their time to preserving local history, especially by restoring neglected headstones at the Presbyterian Cemetery in Addison and Baxter Cemetery in Tuscarora.
David also built both of the homes he and Diane lived in, a testament to his determination and craftsmanship. The couple cherished simple joys, including scenic drives to Emmies Ice Cream in Bath.
David is survived by his devoted wife of nearly 50 years, Diane; daughter Stacie (Jeff Allington) Miller of Campbell; five beloved grandchildren: Tyler, Alex, Andrew, Carissa, and Matthew; siblings Charles Miller and Donald Miller, both of Canandaigua, and Bonnie Dewey of Canandaigua; and brother-in-law Doug Fires of Farmington, NY.
In addition to his parents, David was predeceased by his son, Roger Miller.
Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Flint Funeral Home, 10 Wall Street, Addison, NY. A graveside service will follow immediately at Addison Rural Cemetery.
David will be remembered for his kindness, his talents, and his unwavering commitment to family and community.
