David M. Mills

I met Dave, and therefore Carol, through IAHE. He was gracious and helpful to me, someone "learning the ropes" of the association, the DOT and life in general. My wife and I looked forward to "catching up" each year at the Annual Conference. I´ll always remember Dave as a positive role model.
