David M. Molnar

Age 59 of Penn Hills, passed away unexpectedly on March 30, 2021. He was the beloved son of Doe (the late Dan) Swank and the late Rudy Molnar. Proud father of Michael D. (Sarah), Kristen N., Ashley Molnar, and his 1965 GTO. The apple of David's eye, his grandson, Jackson. Loving brother of Susan (Joe) Satira, Danny (Kim) Swank, Edward (Tony) Molnar-Strejcek, Mike (Della) Swank, and Kimberly Morrison. Also survived by his companion, Michelle Mallioux and her children, Dominique and James; and one niece and nine nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Christopher.

David had a larger than life personality. He could identify Heinz ketchup in a blind taste test and was an amazing cook known for his dumplings and "Molnar Mashies". He was an Eagle Scout who passed down his love of nature and adventure to his children, and loved the Pittsburgh Steelers. He adored his children and was so proud to become a grandfather.
