David Mark Moore

David Mark Moore, age 65, of Guntersville, Alabama, passed away on January 2, 2026. He was born on August 1, 1960, to the late Frelon and Betty Jean Moore.

David was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. He found joy in the simple things in life like riding his motorcycle on a beautiful day, spending time tending to his garden, and cheering passionately for his beloved Alabama football team. He will be remembered for the happiness he found in these moments and the way he shared that joy with others.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Donna Moore; daughters, Amanda (Josh) Keel and Jennifer (Cameron) Balentine; and grandchildren, Tyler Moore, Lillie Walden, and Parker Bashaw. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Moore; grandparents, Rosie and Aubrey Lowery and Elsie and Pete Moore; and uncle, Rod Lowery.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, on Friday, January 9, 2026, in the Chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, with Bro. Randy Knott and Bro. Chris Bashaw officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
