David you have gone to a better place. Bud, Boots,and Red have already welcomed you. Now you will be able to look down upon us all. I will miss those phone calls on my birthday from you. You were always a true friend to the Hornes

Dave was truly a special friend. When my mother passed away and I came to Mound in l964, I met Dave. We clicked and became friends every since. We shared many things. These I will cherish forever. Dave lived a hard life but a full one. He will be deeply missed.
