David Shane Nance, 46, of Mooresville, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023.
He was born on August 29, 1977 in
Mooresville, NC, to Freddie Nance. Shane was a graduate of South Iredell High School. He was employed with Davidson College in the maintenance department.
In addition to his father, Freddy Nance, he is survived by his wife, Traci Hannah Nance; children, Deanna Pettit and husband, William; Ethan Adkins, grandson, Lex Pettit; sister, Freda Nance; brothers, Chris Nance, Jamey Nance; and faithful companion, D.O.G.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 16 from 4:00-6:00 PM at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.

Mooresville, NC 28117.
