David James Ocampo

I served with David on the USS Higgins. We spent many months underway, and away from family conducting training. He was a good man and I truly enjoyed working with him. My heart is breaking for the loss that his family will endure.

Lisa, I wish I could give you the biggest hug. My prayers and love for you. My condolences to you and your family.
