David is survived by his Wife- Kimberly Owsley; Children- Kajen (James) Jackson, Cody (Kayla) Owsley, Tabitha Jenkins, Jordan Owsley; Grandchildren- June Jackson, Beau Jackson, Issiah Owsley, Arlo Owsley; Brothers- James Owsley, Clell Owsley; Sisters- Mary Sue Ramey, Linda Seals; A host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
David is preceded in passing by his Father- Woodrow Owsley; Mother- Virgie Miller Owsley; Brother- Paul Owsley.
The family will receive friends from 6PM-10PM, Saturday January 17, 2026, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman.
Funeral services will be 1PM, Sunday January 18, 2026, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel with Josh Hall & Gary White Officiating. Burial to follow at the Owsley Family Cemetery in Vest, KY.
Under the professional care of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, Hindman Chapel.
