David Anthony Pack (July 18, 1954 – November 22, 2025)

David was a devoted son, brother, husband, father, and friend who dedicated his life to the people he loved. He valued service to others and embraced every role he held with his hands, heart, and soul.

Born in Milford, Delaware, David was the son of Lucia DiGiovanni and Ron Pack. From an early age, he was full of energy and curiosity-constantly involved in sports, adventures, and endless exploration. Dave attended Methacton High School, where he competed in football, wrestling, and track and field, and later continued his education at Wesley College and Millersville University. In his early adult years, David spent summers working as a lifeguard in Ocean City, New Jersey, traveled across the country by motorcycle, and discovered a passion for construction. Later in life, he immersed himself in the spiritual traditions of the Lakota Sioux in South Dakota, which transformed and deepened his faith.

David built a loving life with his wife, Mary Lou Galantino, and together they joyfully and adventurously raised their children, Madi and Danny. He cherished every opportunity to spend time with his children and wholeheartedly joined them in their activities-including skiing trips, camping, biking, and swimming. He even became a swim official so he could be on deck to watch Danny compete.

Deeply family-oriented, David treasured every moment shared with loved ones-whether in Rehoboth Beach or at special celebrations. He is remembered by his children, Madi and Danny; Mary Lou Galantino; his mother, Lucia DiGiovanni; his siblings Lisa Pack, Roni (Bill) Anton, Jeffery (Terry) Pack, and Anthony (Kate) Pack; and his beloved nieces and nephews. He joins his father, Ron Pack and sister, Deirdre Pack, in eternal rest.

David will be remembered for his appreciation of a simple life filled with sweet surprises, his generosity of spirit, and for making time for every person he loved. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Services to honor David will take place on December 5th, with visitation beginning at 10am and a celebration of life to follow at 11am at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home on Concord Pike.
