David Packett

I told him that he was one of the few people I have ever met that was born to be a leader of others. When he was the boss at the company I worked for he was pro employee and pro company at the same time. Easy to talk to. Someone you could come to if you had issues. One of the finest people I have ever met.

Andrea and family, very sad to learn of Davids passing. Having worked with him for many years, his kindness, sense of humor and so many other wonderful traits will be missed. My deepest condolences to you with the understanding he will now rest in peace and without pain and suffering. His passing is a true loss for all he touched.

I am Barbara Davis Hodges from SALUDA. I don't remember which one of you boys carried the crown on a pillow when I was May Queen at Urbanna Elementary. PAC and Bill Davies were in AF School at Chanute when my husband was there in training. Your dear mother did my hair for proms. I loved her laugh. Please accept our heartfelt condolence on the passing of Dave. He was a delight to be around and lit up the office with his cheery disposition. Dave fought cancer with dignity and a positive attitude, an inspiration to us all. He went above and beyond his call of duty when it came to customer service. We the staff at Watson Insurance will miss him terribly. Prayers for peace and comfort during this difficult time.
