David Pair

Dave and I played many a round of trivia together. I always remember his love of softball and the Hokies. After I moved out of the area, I realized he had a deep connection to nature, something we shared and wish we'd had more time to explore.

May you find peace in knowing that Dave was a very kind, thoughtful and sensitive man, who was thought of fondly by his co-workers. Dave always stopped to talk with me when he came into work. He will be greatly missed.

Dave was a great friend and he will be missed terribly!

Dave and I were roommates and friends since the late 1980s. We were roommates for probably 5 years. We played many seasons of softball together. We also went to a lot of great concerts together. He was a fiercely loyal friend to me and his passing has left a giant hole in my heart. Dave was a kind and empathetic person in a world in dire need of both. You are missed, my friend.
