David was born on August 16, 1943 and passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018. David was a resident of Texas at the time of passing. Visitation with David's friends and family will be on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, Texas 76013. David's Funeral Service will be at 12:00 noon, on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Faith Assembly of God, 5100 US 287, Arlington, Texas 76017, with Pastor Gerald Waite officiating. Burial will follow at 2:15 p.m. at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211. The family Requests in lieu of flowers, donations to be made to the Alzheimers Association.
