David Powell Obituary
A memorial service honoring the life of David Arnold Powell age 71 of Kelly will be held 3:00 PM January 10, 2026 from the Columbia Chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home. Friends and Family will share memories of their friend and beloved relative. Honoring David's request the family chose cremation. The memorial service will include military honors. The family will receive guests on Saturday from 1;00 PM until time of service.
David spent his life in the surveying business and was involved with various construction projects and pipelines all across the United States. He loved his family and loved life. He was loved by all who knew him. David served in the United States Air Force for four years. He was proud of his service.
David is survived by: his partner: Tavares Robinson; his son: Josh Powell; two daughters: Victoria Blair Powell and April Falcon-Villa; brothers: Andrew Powell and B.J. Powell; his sister: Vicki Dickey; beloved grandchildren: Jamie Gayle Travis, Cameron Powell Wyles, Alexis Debar, Taryn Varnell, Blake Jones, Hudson Falcon-Villa and Jackson Falcon-Villa.
