David Anthony Quattro, born Quattrociocchi, known to his family as "Pop Pop", passed away peacefully on September 15, 2025, at the age of 76 after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease.

Born in Washington, D.C., Dave grew up in Oxon Hill, Maryland. At 18, he joined the Air Force Reserves, where he trained as an airplane mechanic and served for several years. A talented guitarist from a young age, Dave played in a band as a young adult and continued to share his love of music with his family throughout his life.

At 21 years old, he began his long career with Xerox, which eventually brought him south with his wife and children to Key West, Florida, in 1976. There, he developed a passion for fishing on his boat before the family settled in Jupiter, Florida, in 1981. Dave's other passion was Harley-Davidsons. He enjoyed the beauty of the open road with his wife, son and fellow bikers.

After an early retirement from Xerox, he had a second career as a school and city bus driver. After retiring again, he enjoyed traveling, spending time with his family, and caring for his dogs. For several years, he and Barbara also treasured time in the Tennessee mountains, where they built a vacation home and embraced the peace of the outdoors.

Dave is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara; children, Suzie Whitten (Steve), Mitzi Johnson (Brian), and David Angelo Quattro; grandchildren, Andrew Whitten, Patrick Whitten (Emma), Zachary Johnson, and Jordan Johnson; brother, Michael Quattrociocchi (Linda); and many dear family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rick and Opal Quattrociocchi, and sister, Jeannie Quattrociocchi.

A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church in Jupiter, Florida.

Dave will be remembered for being a great dad, loving his family, being passionate about music, motorcycles, and the open road, and sharing laughter and jokes with those who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, consider donating to Children International, who David quietly supported for many years, or your favorite pet rescue.
