David is survived by his wife, Chelsea Price Rueda-Torres; his daughters, Aria Rueda, Elena Rueda, and Naomi Price; his sons, Issac Ortiz, Isreal Ortiz, Noah Rueda, and Elijah Rueda; his parents, Jose Carmen Rueda and Bertha Torres; and his siblings, Joel Rueda, Noe Rueda, Sandra Rueda, and Elsy Rueda.
A Funeral Service to celebrate David's life will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1130 N. Winstead Ave., Rocky Mount, NC 27804, with Rev. Hector Radilla officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service in the Atrium of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.

Un servicio fúnebre para celebrar la vida de David se llevará a cabo el lunes 28 de agosto de 2023 a las 2:00 PM en la Capilla de Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1130 N. Winstead Ave., Rocky Mount, NC 27804, con el reverendo Héctor Radilla oficiando. El entierro seguirá al servicio en Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
