DAVID LYNN SAGE

I remember Dave Ft Ben Harrison. He always was in a great mood and positive about life. Great drummer and I remember when he moved on to Germany, he hugged men and said that there was always a place in his band for me.

The last time I saw Dave was the Lookout Mountain reunion in 2018. We had a couple of rehearsals ad played a couple of gigs. It was great to hook up with the guys again. When it was time for him to leave he insisted on a big hug and told me he loved me... I'll never forget that. Thanks for the memories Dave and rest in peace...

David was my instructor in JROTC at Griffin High School. He was a great guy and I was glad to keep in touch through social media many years later. Thoughts and prayers to his family. He made a huge impact in my life as a young teenager and I´ve never forgotten him 20 years later!

It was an honor performing with you. I would gladly do it again. Love you, brother.

So very sorry of David´s passing. Should a talented musician, percussionist, leader and friend. We served at Fort McPherson, Ga. Great humor and wonderful comrade.
