David L. Sampson, Sr.

David L. Sampson, Sr. 54 of Tiffin, Ohio died on Saturday, March 10, 2012, at 8:18 P.M. at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. Born Sunday, September 1, 1957 in Lima, Ohio, he was the son of the late William Wallace Sampson, Jr. and the late Betty Nance May. David was a very caring person. He had a great sense of humor, and loved walking. Surviving are: a daughter Michelle (Bryan) Kersker of Lima, Ohio; a son, David L. Sampson, Jr. of Lima, OH; Seven grandchildren, and one great granddaughter; brothers, Bob (Barbara) Sampson of Seattle, WA, Walt (Judy) Sampson of Willard, OH, Mark (Sara) Sampson of Columbus, OH, James (Joyce) Sampson of Attica, OH, John (Julie) Sampson of Willard , OH and William W. Sampson, V of Attica, OH, sister, Rachael Sampson of Lima, OH; and a very loving uncle of many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by brother, William W. Sampson, III. A Memorial service will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
