David Samsa Obituary

He was born in Lodi on January 9, 1938 to the late Louis (Gertrude) Samsa and Eveett (Buck) Shaffer and married Betty J. Wilbarger on March 10, 1968. She died October 5, 2011.
He was a US Marine Corp veteran and retired from Nickles Bakery in Navarre. He also owned and operated Wastewater Services for many years.
He is survived by children, Todd (Jackie) Samsa of North Carolina, Mark (Denise) Samsa of Rittman, Jon (Bambi) Samsa of Massillon, Sabrina (Randy) Hattery of Massillon and Sara (Denny Benjamin) Cotsamire of Navarre; 23 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and three sisters.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Christopher; a brother; and a sister.
Following his wishes cremation has taken place there are no public services planned.
