I worked for Dave at Illinois Bell in the Strategic Planning group from 1982-1984 before relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area. Great person and boss who gave me an excellent evaluation for District level. I did promise to Dave that I would make it and did retiring in 2000 as Vice President of Finance and CFO of Goodwill Industries of Silicon Valley. Rest In Peace good friend.

I worked with Dave at Illinois Bell. He was a Class Act. At times, when things got heated at work; Dave was the calming diplomat who kept everyone engaged and focused.
