My sympathy to Davids family, May he rest in peace...Virginia

David was one of my more colorful cousins. I still remember some of the wild times at Southwest High School. I also had the privilege of working with David for the last 24 years. When July & August rolled around, I knew I wouldn't be seeing him at work very often. (He would always be up on Lake Vermillion fishing.)
He would always come in with a humorous tale of something that had happened on his route or up at Lake Vermillion.
David, I will miss seeing & talking with you. I just walked in to the lunchroom at work and saw someone's paperwork spread across one of the tables with a pair of reading glasses. It reminded me of you!
Your cousin, Bill

My sympathy to family and friends.
Every year for the past 25yrs or so opening of fishing season was always a most precious time for me. I never quit new what new chalanges I would encounter in getting everthing ready for a new season. David would alwasy make things interesting. What would we need to fix this year. What could possibly keep us from spending ever possible hour from fishing. I enjoyed every challenge and had great fun laughing about every seasons memories with Wil and Greg and the rest of the gang. Great stories and great friends. What else is enjoying life and friends about. David you will be greatly missed.

I can remember way back to the Al's kitten ball team. We were short a player and Dave volunteered (or was coaxed) to play out in field. That day he caught a monster fly ball - he was a hero. I'll always remember that big smile on his face. I'll always remember David.

Chris,
Our family will miss Dave very much. He was a great guy who always had a smile on his face.
He also was a great fisherman and dancer.
