I used to babysit David and his brother when they were little on 22nd St. in Chester. A wonderful family. His Mom was a beautiful lady. My condolences to the family. It was interesting to see the name "Warburton" in his family. I married into a Warburton family. Martha Donovan Warburton

I remember Dave when I worked for the Home Builders Association. He was always a kind person with a smile on his face every time he came to the office or a meeting.

Dave, you were a kind and generous man who always made me feel welcome while in your presence. You made the world a better place. Rest in peace my friend.

The Sammartino's are sorry for your loss

We loved Dave the minute we met him at the sample house on Cove Lane in media. Every time we wanted to upgrade something he would say
it will cost you as we ordered a home for him to build for us. The house wasn't quite done on time and we had to move in. Dave would be in the kitchen sweeping and making coffee while we were just getting up. He just let himself in and went about business as usual !! He was a genuine person. Kind thru and thru.
