Dave S was such a great guy who helped many people. Myself included. He was humble and practiced it everyday will miss you my friend. Especially at our meetings at Primary Purpose. Rest in peace your friend David Lozano.

My deepest condolences to the family ,Dave was like a pioneer in the rooms, I always saluted him & thanked him whenever I saw him, always humble, soft spoken but straight forward, I appreciate your contribution to the rooms & thank you brotha for being an inspiration in my life Rest in Paradise good brotha and thank you again!

Dave was my friend. I will miss him and the light he brought in any room he was in.
We had a lot fun, some serious talks and always a laugh. Many afternoons we would head up to the hills to gamble and he always won. Dave was a winner in life too.
I will miss him and his presence but He will always have a place in my heart.

With deepest sympathy. Dave was such a straightforward and congruent person. He taught me so much about honesty, perseverance and acceptance.

I remember being introduced to Dave by my Dad. I knew he would be a good man that could be trusted. Over the years, sitting next to him in meetings, talking with him before or after meetings and at so many events, he shared his wisdom and perspective with me and others. Dave loved his family and shared how grateful and proud he was of his children and grandchildren over the years. Dave was open and honest. I miss seeing his face, but I still feel his presence in the rooms. God rest his soul.

For me, Dave was a great man. when I saw him my spirit lifted. I always wanted to shake his hand, say hello and see how he was doing. He would share with me his very simple, humble experience and strength and hope! love that guy.

Dave was a true friend of mine and many others for well over 38 years. He helped so many with his experience and willingness to help others. He taught me about what it takes to be a mentor. I, like many, cherish our experiences together and will carry his memory until we meet again someday. Love you Dave
