Dave Sisler was my boss at A. G. Edwards. I worked for him for many years. He was an amazing leader and I will never forget him!! We worked hard and had much fun together. He loved his family, his job and golf!! Those days at A. G. Edwards were the best of times!! God bless you always Dave!

Dave was a "giant" of a man ---
humble, unassuming, intelligent.
He personified the AGE culture.

I was David's secretary back in the "old" building. He was a wonderful person to work for. He amazed me with his knowledge of the industry! I will never forget him. He always had a mischievious smile, a twinkle in his eye and a pocketful of jokes. There weren't many dull moments. Everyone loved Dave. It was an honor to know him. May memories of Dave bring some comfort, peace and strength to the Sisler family.

Dave & Janet were among our dearest St. Louis friends. In fact, we spent our last night together in the Sisler's home before we began our new life's experience in Rochester, NY.
Today Mary and Dave are reliving all those great times that Janet and I all had with our wonderful spouses together. My love to Janet, young Dave (as well as Shep and Suzanne) as we all go forward.

I knew Dave from my AG Edwards days, and like most of the Execs who worked for the late Ben Edwards, Dave was engaging & approachable, and us employees loved working hard for each of them. My thoughts go out to the Sisler Family. May he rest peacefully now....

How time flies......we were neighbors in Parkview with the Sisler family, that goes back about 60 years, we were major baseball fans and season boxholders, Browns and Cardinals, I had 2 sisters, a little younger than Dick and Dave, so, as you might suspect, a lot of time was spent on the Sisler front porch on Pershing. Even though I was but a young boy, I remember my dad instilling in us as an example the good sportsmanship of the Sislers.
I was lucky to have the opportunity to have known the baseball Sislers.
Condolences to the family,

Dave,
Not sure if you remember, we went to Burroughs together. Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your father. I no longer live in St. Louis and I occasionally read the Post on-line. Today, I saw the story about your father. I think your Aunt went to school with my Mom many years ago too. Sometimes the world seems so overwhelming and others it seems so small.
With Deepest Sympathy
