Blessed be the true Judge! May the Omnipresence comfort you, among the remnant of mourners of Zion and Jerusalem: and ye shall not further to repine more.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Slobodkin as a new nurse. He was scary with the wealth of knowledge he possessed. It was intimidating at first, but he taught me so much. I grew to love and respect Dave. We became friends and I eventually became so comfortable with him that I loved working with him. He was funny and I used to laugh at the way he would laugh at his own jokes. Most of them I didn't understand. He had the biggest heart and would do anything for anyone. He was so giving. The amount of love he had for his family was immense. Not a day went by that he didn't mention his children or wife. We have been through so much with him, good, bad and sad. I have missed working with Dr. Slobodkin over the past few years, but now I miss him completely. I will never forget that smile where he would show his teeth and straighten his back with his chin up. He was everything that is good! Love and miss you, Doc.
