David Dwayne Smith

David Smith, 60, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025, in Flippin, Arkansas. David was born on June 28, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois to Carolyn Eastman and Larry Joe Smith. David married Patricia Coyle on November 5, 1983, in Oak Lawn, Illinois. He loved spending time with his family. He especially loved his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed his work as an automobile mechanic and had a passion for the outdoors.
David is survived by his wife of 42 years, Patricia Smith; one son, Kevin Smith; two daughters, Erin Thomas and Jessica Marcusen; nine grandchildren, Cameron, Madison, Conner, Kyra, Christian, Jeremiah, Eleanor, Lucien and Forest; four sisters, Barbara, Coriana, Brenda and Nicolette; three brothers, Joe, Russell and Randy; his mother, Carolyn Eastman Kelley; his father and stepmother, Joe and Carol Smith and his mother and father-in-law, Raymond and Joyce Coyle. He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Carl Marcusen; two beloved uncles, Larry Coyle and Jim Schroeder; a cousin, Danny Schroeder and one brother-in-law, Jim Armstrong.
A memorial service will be scheduled for a later date at his daughter's home in Flippin, Arkansas.
